We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our CashPriceMD Platform and hold certain information. Company may use remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you have visited our CashPriceMD Platform. The CashPriceMD Platform uses Active Campaign for customer experience automation, which combines email marketing, marketing automation, sales automation, and CRM tools.

Communications

Company uses certain third parties to provide certain SMS and communications tools and services on the CashPriceMD Platform, including but not limited to:

Twilio
Using Twilio, we receive information via SMS communications regarding shopping cart orders, including the date and time of the SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of any SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Financial Services

We provide paid products and/or services within the CashPriceMD Platform. We use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors) and payment escrow services. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Stripe
We currently use Stripe as our online payment processing service provider. When you made a purchase through your account online, the payment portal for Stripe collects and processes your payment information and allows us to track transactions without storing sensitive payment information on our systems.

Children’s Privacy

We do not collect personal information from children under 18 without the consent of a parent and/or guardian. If you are under 18, please have your parent and/or guardian sign you up for use of the CashPriceMD Platform as their dependent; otherwise, do not use or provide any information on this CashPriceMD Platform or through any of its features, register on the CashPriceMD Platform, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this CashPriceMD Platform, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental/guardian consent, we will delete that information.
